Meet eight-year old Billy Watson, a pint-sized chaos agent who received the unwanted nickname "Grubbs" from his big brother Zane. Grubbs' favorite pastime is tormenting Zane, his older sister Courtney, the neighborhood twin girls, and anyone else that crosses his path.
